There are two second stage sites for PGA/KFT Q-school that tee off on Tuesday. Each site consists of 72 holes with no cut and approximately 15 players and ties from each site will advance to the final stage. Each site's medalist (and ties) is guaranteed Korn Ferry Tour starts through the second reshuffle of 2024 season.

Others:

Jamie Lovemark: The veteran of 190 PGA Tour events has battled injuries throughout his career but played really well toward the end of the KFT season and made 10 of 13 cuts last season.

Mark Anguiano: I called Anguiano "the best player without status" for a long time, but he left the pro game last year to start a family. He is back at Q-school while still working full-time as a teaching pro. He’s one of my favorite people in golf.

Jared du Toit: Earlier this month, the talented Canadian won a first stage of Q-school site for the Asian Tour by 10 strokes.

Sam Fidone: The former SMU Mustang has won multiple times on the All-Pro Tour, one of the few four-day mini-tours left in the U.S., and tied for medalist at his first stage site in Texas.

Brandon Harkins: Harkins won the 2022 Abaco Classic on the Korn Ferry Tour but didn’t play up to his standards last season, finishing 70th in points. He will have full KFT status next season but is chasing one of the five PGA Tour cards.

Stuart MacDonald: The Purdue alum had an outstanding season, making 8 of 8 cuts on the LatinoAmerican Tour and winning multiple mini-tour events. I wouldn't be surprised to see him make a run at a PGA Tour card if he can advance to the final stage.

Matthew Walker: Last year, I wrote about Walker's battle with a kidney disease that resulted in a kidney transplant, and the loss of his father (you can read it here). Walker was a medalist at his first stage site and is guaranteed Americas Tour status.

Andrew Yun: The veteran of 122 KFT events looks to regain status after finishing 146th in points last season.

Others:

George Bryan: The popular YouTuber and golf pro had himself quite a month. He received a sponsor's exemption into the PGA Tour event in Bermuda and made the cut in his first tour start. He made it through pre-qualifying and the first stage of Q-school this year, and now looks to get through the second.

Ben Carr: The 22-year-old Georgia Southern Alum was the runner-up in the 2022 U.S. Amateur. He played in Canada in 2023, making six of eight cuts and finishing 57th in points. He also made the cut at the U.S. Open at Los Angeles Country Club. I will get an up-close look at his game as Mark is paired with him the first two days.

Taylor Funk: Son of PGA Tour winner Fred Funk, Taylor is coming off a solid season in Canada, where he finished 47th in points after making seven of ten cuts.

Michael Gligic: The Canadian struggled on the PGA Tour this season, making eight of 23 cuts and finishing 207th in points. He looks to regain his status via Q-school.

Luke Guthrie: In 2012, Guthrie finished 2nd in his first event as a pro on the Nationwide (KFT) Tour. He then went on to win twice in his first seven starts and earned a promotion to the PGA Tour after only 10 starts. After solid seasons on the PGA Tour in 2013 and 2014, he lost his full card in 2015. His last season on the KFT was in 2020, and since then, he has played numerous Mondays with limited success.

Brandon Hagy: With career earnings on the PGA Tour of over $3,000,000, Hagy returns to Q-school to regain his status. This season on the KFT, he made eight of 25 cuts and finished 93rd in points.

Jimmy Jones: Some of the best lettuce in the game (damn good game also).

Tommy Kuhl: During local qualifying for the U.S. Open, Kuhl shot a course record of 62 and then disqualified himself after realizing he broke a rule (read the full story here). Kuhl finished 25th this season in Canada.

Rob Oppenheim: The veteran from Massachusetts has over 300 combined starts on the PGA and KFT. Last season, he played in just 11 KFT events and finished 142nd in points.

Aldrich Potgieter: The 19-year-old South African became the second youngest winner of the (British) Amateur Championship when he won in 2022 at the age of 17. He also made the cut this season at the U.S. Open.

Curtis Thompson: The brother of Lexi, Curtis finished 155th this season on the KFT, making eight of 24 cuts.

Zander Winston: Winston has dominated mini-tours for a few years now. This summer was no different as he won twice on the Dakotas Tour, winning the Order of Merit ($60,658) in just nine starts.
